I wonder why I actually pay for this service anymore, when I'm synching it NEVER finds my main character. My two bots, it can find...go figure. And premium is NOT premium for quite some time now!!

Hi Stukka,
It looks like you have synced some characters a day ago... Is there a character in particular you are having trouble with ? If Magelo Sync is unable to detect your main character, could you please post your Magelo Sync log in order to help us troubleshoot the issue ?
You can get the log by pressing Ctrl + Shift + L on Magelo Sync.

Looks like all i had to do was post to the forums and now the synch recognizes my main...Oleo
I thank whoever did whatever to get this ironed out, I appreciate it
