Hi I just got back into the game and need a magelo account to get into a guild. I just bought the premium for a year and when I load it, it does not find my character when I am logged in to everquest. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi zytniowski13 and welcome on Magelo We are currently working on the update of Magelo Sync so you cannot sync your character now. As soon as the game patch, we need to patch also Magelo Sync. It usually take 1 business day when the update is not too important. Magelo Sync should be back today. Please keep an eye on the Homepage news where we will post an update. Thank you for your support!
