I launched Magelo Sync and it has not identified my character on EQ for almost 15 minutes now.

There has been another game patch on Friday 21. We are working again on Magelo Sync.

any idea when it will be working correctly again cause my magelo hasn't found my character for sync either

Magelo Sync has been patched few days ago already... If you still having any issue could you please provide your Magelo Sync log file? Try to sync again and when the error occurs press Ctrl+Shift=L to get the log. You can copy it in your message. Thank you!
