SOE has patched EverQuest and as such, Magelo Update will be down to avoid database corruption. Once Jelan and the developers have had time to make a patch, the Updater will be put operational again.
Apologies for the downtime in the mean time.

Any idea on when this will be fixed? as EQplayers is still in it's original state of COMPLETELY useless and many more should be heading your way =)

Normally it's 3-4 days after a patch.

We should be able to patch Magelo Update very soon, either later today or tomorrow morning. As for guild tools, we expect to launch the first step soon, in a week or 2.

True, but it would be nice that when the target date comes and goes to get more information. Have seen this site go days beyond and no information as to why or when to expect a fix.

look a cpl days here is better than 3weeks w/ no updates at allfrom SOE goomba's besides thier post nazi HH's locking threads and being PITA's .....the post from jelan was posted on monday at noonish time it is now tuesday afternoon...SO what if it's 1 more day, it's still better than 3months of no working service from Eqplayers....and if you dont like the service here EQplayers will HAPPILY chartge you 36.00 a year for thier services STOP WHINING

Well the first post from the advisor was after the auto update had already been down for 3 days. So would be nice to have an update on when the changes will be complete. I would understand if this was a completely free site.
