I have tried on several occasions and on different computers but the sync never has pick up or shown my gear?
If I cannot get this fixed I see no reason to buy subscription?

Ok so I subbed a few days ago and since I did that there is no sync? what's up here?

Please open a separate topic, if for some reason you never see the sync button because you should. Please post your Magelo Sync log as it will help us understand the problem. Thanks
