I believe so. I run it in the background and have checked mob drop stats after a kill and they seem to update fairly quickly. This was 1.5 years ago, so maybe it has changed,

Yes, just run Magelo Sync has you play, that's all what is needed.

I have been running Magelo Sync in the background for several days now and I have not seen any loot statistics update. Is there a setting that needs to be enabled for this to work? Or, is there some update interval that I just haven't hit yet (I've only been checking for about 4 days).

You should see this in real time changing almost so something is not working, I will have a look.

I have three boxes that I play. Is it possible that it only checks one of them for loot drops? I have all three toons set to update though.

It's not still not working with advanced looting, Jelan. If you turn it off it works, but only then.
