It, Appears my Charactier is not showing up on the rankings (2924404). I notice a similar post in the forum which states this is not a bug but was fixed. Can you please take a look and resolve. Not a premium member. Thanks in advance. Fithh

Ranking are only showing by default authentic profiles. We used to be able to include non authentic profiles but we actually have removed this almost a year ago.

My character isn't showing in the rankings either and she did last week. I have sync'd, account is not private and I have premium.

Hi Elvenwench, Which character are you referring to ? Is it ? If so, that would be normal given the profile has lost its authentic seal, you will have to sync it again and make sure to not manually update it afterwards.
