I open up the Magelo sync icon and am asked if i want to all the app to make changes to your device. I say yes, Magelo icon shows itself for a second then goes away.

I am also having this problem. When I start Magelo Sync it starts but does not open the Magelo site. The following is from the error log. [INFO] Stoping services... [INFO] Sending game content to server... [INFO]New detected game objects : 0 [INFO] Sending observations [INFO] Closing Magelo Sync I tried deleting the sync.properties file as directed from the known list of errors information but that action has not yielded any positive results. At this point I don't have any direction to figure this out. I paid for a premium account and it would be lovely if I could use it. Thanks in advance, Michael

Are you sure it is not minimized into the tray ? This is a option you can toggle in the settings.
