Not sure if it's bugged or not, but our guild members are having trouble getting new updates to show in the roster. I have synced several times, but it still says 27 days for the last. Some others are having the same issue. ... or are we doing something wrong some how?

Hello Keilana55 I think this is just because you synchronize your character in a different role that the one set by default. In profile for example, the role 3 is updated on September 21 but this is the role 1 that appear per default when you open the profile. You can update the role you want to show by default in My characters > Edit > Identity. Hope that's help!
