When syncing my character today, I have two equipped items that don't appear on my profile. The items are "Kityk, Villizar's Parrying Blade" (main-hand sword), and "Blighted Warlord Crystal" (synergy crystal). Is this simply a case of the database not being updated (and shouldn't it have been updated when I synced if I was the first person to sync with those items?) or an issue with the software?

Hi tordana, The issue is that for now those 2 items are not in our database and we still rely on Trion provided discoveries data for inserting new items. Magelo Sync at this point, only complement the information coming from those discoveries data. It looks like they just pushed an update which most likely have your 2 items, we will update our database in a few hours and all should be fixed

Should be in our database now, just sync again and you should be fine
