I've been trying to sync a new char to my account and for some reason it says its full even though there only 1 of 3 on there. Could you help me out with this issue?

Hi Angelheals, I checked your account and I saw you already used the 3 slots available to synchronize your characters. You can synchronize all the characters you want on Magelo in the limit of 3 game slots (each game account takes up one slot). But no worries, you can free your game slots once during your subscription from your account page. I already did it for you, so you should have no issue now to add a new character on your account
