The Magelo website tool used to allow us to search items from our guild website and a second window would display what our characters are currently wearing with stats differences listed in red and green at the bottom. Is that not available any longer or is it bugged by any chance?

Yes there is in fact an issue with the comparison tool from the webbar.

It is working fine on Magelo website so this is probably a cache issue. We need to force a refresh on our side. I will let you know when you can test again. Thanks!

Just checked and it is not working yet. Several of us also tried last night and noticed that we could not sync (we could only choose a game to launch). Is it possible yesterdays Rift patch is the culprit?

About the webbar issue, could you try to refresh also your cache on your side? Jelan assures me it should work... Press "Ctrl + shift + R" or "Ctrl + F5" depending of your browser.
About the sync issue, there was a game patch (Rift 1.5 Hotfix #14) and we updated Magelo Sync yesterday. If you still have a problem to sync, it will be nice to open another topic in the bug forum and to provide the log file of Magelo Sync. Thanks Keilana55!
Edit: The Hotfix #15 has just been applied in Europe at 2:00am GMT 11/11/11 [EU] - soon in US 8:00am PDT 11/11/11 [NA]. You cannot test the sync before we update Magelo Sync. Keep an eye on the homepage news.

Okay, I did hit the ctr + F5. When that did not work, I took the code out and reinstalled it at the same location from when it had worked.
The problem could be that we don't have the option to edit a header or view the code that displays </body>, so we had to put it in one of the following areas:
Banner Area
Footer Area
Boxes, Left Side
Boxes, Center
Boxes, Right Side
Full Page
Custom CSS
Custom Javascript/JQuery
It was a nice feature, but we can live without the comparison windows. Thanks for trying to help!
