I have two issues... I just upgraded to your Premium service (30 min ago) for 3 month sub however My account does not seem to recognize the upgrade. In addition when I synch up it recognizes my main char but does not recognize equipment, stats, bag items ect. The only thing that does seem populated is "my recipes"

Hi Ravenrose Soulusher and thanks for your support! The Premium status is correctly applied on your account. It can take few minutes sometimes to update. No worries, you can try again now to synchronize your character and all its information will be visible in the profile
