Nevermind; got premium and it fixed that so said issue. :D

Hi bctrainers, With a registered account, Magelo Sync synced only few information about your character (identity, guild info, recipes). So your profile was not complete and you should have to go in the website, in "My characters > Edit", to complete your profile manually providing all the information required. That's include your planar attunement, using our calculator. This is the reason why the information you saw on your profile was not the same you have ingame. With a Premium account, as you noticed already Magelo Sync synchronize your character fully so no need to provide any information manually. Thanks for your support bctrainers!
