When I synch my character, it says synched, however the new profile shows him wearing gear from 10 years ago....still. I'm not a paying subscriber, could that be the issue?

Hmmm 18 views but no help. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? It hasn't changed...same deal. Everytime I synch, it says "Synched"....and then I look and I am wearing the same Bladed Fang Mantle I wore over 10 years ago. Cmon, someone knows the answer why....help a brother out LOL

From the Sync page... With a Free account, many information about your character are synchronized. However you still need to manually provide the equipment of your character and some features on the website are restricted to Premium members.

So I went ahead and paid for the Premium service, sync'd my guy, and he still shows gear from eons ago. What am I missing here? TYIA
