Hi, Appears my Charactier is not showing up on the rankings (2084226). I notice a similar post in the forum which states this is not a bug but was fixed. Can you please take a look and resolve.

Well technically you need an authentic profile to be ranked but yeah the only way to get one is to be a premium user 
Ariaaa, this is precisely your issue, your profile is not authentic, use Magelo Sync to update it and once you have the gold seal, you should be good to go.

I checked it again and I don't see it.
I selected my Guild (The Silent Minority) and my server (The Rathe)
I get 5 ENC

I checked again and none of your characters are authentic

Now that Magelo Sync has been synced, please sync those characters and then check the ranking again, they should now be there.

Magelo Sync is "Unable to synchronize character"
So. Right now, I'm seeing going premium after 20 years as a mistake.
However - log shows it cannot find magelo-i18n

Thanks a lot for the show of support Wenc, for someone who is using Magelo since 2002, it means a lot. Sarcasm aside, the sync issue has been fixed, please restart Magelo Sync and try again.

Hi,
Since this thread and in order to show in the rankings I have subscribed to premium which I paid about 2 days ago. Sevenless appeard on the rankings yesterday and has since disappeared again.
My character has the gold seal so presume I have all the requirements in order. Can you check if I am missing anything. Or am I meant to wait each time I sync for the character to disappear and then reappear after a time period?

Thanks for your support, I just had a look at your profile and you currently do not have a gold seal on it which indicates you must have done some kind of manual editing which voided it. Please use magelo Sync to sync it again so you get your gold seal back.
