I've tried running Sync both as admin and normally. The program patched just fine (I haven't run it in a couple of weeks) and is detecting my characters, but has two problems: 1) There's no clicky link to bring up the current profile of the logged on character; and 2) When I try to sync, I get an error: "Unable to retrieve character's status." The program correctly shows then the toon was last synched. I've tried zoning, logging off and on, changing toons - nothing works.

Hi Zamboni, Another user also reported this issue today. We are looking into it and we will keep you posted.
