I've made gear changes and when I do a sync, the changes are showing. My hubby registered today and none of his gear syncs, just the basic character info syncs.

Can you tell me on which character did you made any gear changes? And what pieces of equipment changed? Are you sure it was not some statistics... Unless there is a bug somewhere, with a registered account, your character gear is not updated whit Magelo Sync. Everything else is, but not the gear. You have to manually update it.
