tried differed servers etc logged in different characters none are syncing

I am having the same issue. Paying for premium and not able to detect or sync my logged in characters since the patch. Its been 5 days now and it wasn't a significant patch.....

Hi Guys, Sorry for the delay, Magelo Sync has been patched and you should be able to sync all our characters now. We also have granted 3 extra days to all our premium members to compensate for the time lost.
