It took me a bit to get Magelo Sync to work, but I cannot sync my EverQuest character on Mangler. I just get the Unable to synchronize character error. I have both 32 and 64 bit Java downloads. Rebooted pc. No downtime from the status page for Magelo as of this writing. The directory link in Magelo goes to a place where there is no .exe to run EQ: https://imgur.com/1G4gPAC Paid for Premium, but not getting what I paid for. Any help is apprecaiated!

Launching EQ from within Magelo Sync hasn't worked for me for ages. Magelo only works for me if I launch the two applications independently. I tried launching EQ from Magelo just now and I got the exact same sequence of error messages that you did. I'd try launching EQ first, then running Magelo.

That seemed to get the sync to work! Thanks Maybe they'll take a moment to fix the path.
