My sync goes through the update but it doesnt actually update the profile.

Your premium membership has actually expired so that is why your gear is not updated with Magelo Sync. We have started our Christmas offer so it's the perfect timing to renew

so my Sync doesnt seem to work anymore it trys to download the new patch and i think it does. but then it just stay minimized it did work for me before any thoughts on this?

It is the same here. Since patch I cant use it anymore. I pay for it and that is really not nice. Also the customer service is not available.
Who csan help me.
