I was changing a character's name so I deleted the old character from My Characters and then ran magelo sync on the new name to add it to my characters. It will not add my character

I noticed since I changed the name that there is a lvl 9 rogue showing in my guild on magelo with the same name. Such a character does not exist because I could not have changed the name to that if there was an existing character with that name. The name is Benedict and the guild is Erollisis Tear/ Since I made my character a senior officer it now shows the fictitious character as a senior officer. It does not show under my characters that I have a toon named Benedict in any event. I should also mention that the existing Benedict shows not being updated in 20 years

Hi FarionaSG, I believe I have fixed your issue.
I just patched Magelo Sync so you should be able to sync your character now.
Betenoire1, Please try to sync again and see if this fix your issue, thanks.
