I expect that this is related to the recent emergency EQ patch. Most likely it requires a modification to the Magelo client, which usually is completed by Jelan's team in a few hours to a few days.

Hi, there was an emergency patch on the 18th, Magelo Sync just been patched to address this. Please try again and it should work now.
