I found them in the area 6587, 8670. >> Halcyon Gates, around the lake there

Best place to farm is the encampment by the lake at Halcyon. You can get about 50 Awakened per circuit of that area.

The awesome spot is @the Royal Gardens SE of the Academy Teleporter. There is 60 to 75 going around the channel. There are more than a few artifacts over in this area also and 1 Raremob. Start at waypoint 4848, 8664 and go counter clockwise. Did not take long to get the 800 and few extra goodies. Enjoy.
