I found these mobs in some of the underwater buildings on the western most underwater area. Make a target macro, and you'll find them faster.

Best spot i have found for this one is 11556-2895. This spot is right in the middle of 4 buildings. Make a tar/sinister presence. They don't pop up quickly. I teleported through the shards in the one spot and got the 5. It's a time killer for sure. It's a nice achievement.
