Start point is way point 16712 - 6026. Once here face North and go up mountain to get to way point 16655-5692. Once at way point 16655-5692 face towards the water below. When u jump off u do not want to hit anything but the water so u get the achievement. I hope this helps. Enjoy.

Because elevation matters, I was at 1080 elevation when I jumped.
