Here is a dense location in Eastern Holdings /setwaypoint 8406, 9278 There's also some here /setwaypoint 9343, 8555

I found a nice tightly packed group of 10+ that respawned faster than I could kill them if you skined them as well: /setwaypoint 8250 8490 I tried all around and this was by far the fastest due to the high respawn rate, you can also go south east for more if you are not skinning and want a round robin route...
