Get as high as you can in the rainforest

Lick a Hiberna Tree Frog in Hiberna Rainforest (by typing in your chat /lick while you have a frog in your target) When you do that you get a quest. Ending that quest by licking the number of frogs that is needed you will get a 'surprise'

After that 'surprise' you get the achievement

Note: the tree frogs could be any where in the area or just outside the area the quest shows on the map. Also, they are not always on the ground: look in trees, on roots, rocks and leaves. It seems only 1 or 2 frogs are up at any one time. Create a /tar frog macro to find them, then get very close to them then type /lick. Cheers

When you /lick the first frog and get the quest, a ray of light shows the position of the next frog and so on. I started at 6801, 11500 (screenshot).
