Spider Cave: 6185,3105 (Cave of Seasons, just east of the college)
Gutter's Cave: 5886,2605 (Snarebrush Pit/Grot, west of Palisade)
Tongue Chewer's Cave: 6355,3135 (Overwatch Cavern, behind a large boulder)
Satyr Cave: 6450,3200 (Kelgnaw's Den)
Been a long time since I've quested in Silverwood, but I remember a quest or two in the spider cave. Kelgnaw, Tongue Chewer, and Gutter are named mobs which I believe still give carnage quests. If the achievement doesn't pop, make sure you've gone all the way to the bottom of each cave.
