run along the road between 7485 11062 and 7910 10898, kill Hulking mutation and Twisted Vhar, y can kill about 15 mobs each run then, travel to other shard y should use speed buff and enhancements maybe there are some better position, but i dont think someone can feel exiting when kill them all the day to finish this achievement lol

Port to Sanco Outpost and follow the road NE to the Agrippa Rainforest. Just follow the road around and hop servers. In addition to the mobs that Rocobus mentioned, you'll also fine Twisted Rhino.
