After you collect the three power shards and cross the big bridge to turn them in, check for a werewolf among the trees ahead on the left, can't miss him.

There is also Planar Plunder https://rift.magelo.com/en/achievement/1214980053/Intrepid-Planar-Plunder Not sure if the chest will spawn when the prowler is up and vica versa.
