i have just signed up to magelo and am trying to syc my chars from rift and all i am getting is a screen telling me it will sync in a few secs and thats it. i am on trial atm and can i say that this is not filling me with great positivity to make it permanant

Hello tottyboy, Each time the game patch, we need to update Magelo Sync. We usually need 1 business day for a standard update. Last week there was 3 patches in the game, so we had to update Magelo Sync again and again. So it was not available and you could not sync your character. Anyway, everything is back to normal as you already noticed. I can see you synchronized many characters. Hope you are now enjoying Magelo a little more.
