Onir Insightful Rune

Beware, in game it says that it requires an object FROM level 65 TILL level 65. How stupid is that !? At 150 plat each, I bought 3 for nothing... and CAN'T be resold even immediately, but for 1 silver each. And can't acution them as they are Bind on Account ! How mindf*cking is THAT !?? Beware again, it affects all similar HL runes from other factions (Ghar, Onir, Atragarian, Rhenke).
