Start at 8683, 8248 go up the ramp. Before the entrance to the compound turn right and go down the stairs on the left.
On the bottom of stairs go right and cross the bridge. in the compound Karlent is on the right side at following coordinates: 8883, 8310

This is the area where you're sent for Alternative Offering and Raise the Roof, Raze the Town. Also check for the rare Xerbex the Fierce near the main ramp heading into the compound.
