Seems like this mob only appears in the Kaaz'Gfuu hive. To find him, go inside until the big underground (see my screenshot). You can use invisibility and stun (doesn't work on gnars and bugs), but anyway, the drone is surrounded by three elite 62 lvl, and one patrols no far. Good luck!

I killed him down a little ways from Overseer Kaaz'Krrch at /loc 3623 683 3009. Lots of fighting to get down there!
