Just west of Sanctum Watch, looks like a tree stump with a green glow inside of it. When destroyed, an Alpha Howler and four Den Howlers appear, and despawn after a couple minutes if not killed.
Like the Uncovered Grave, it's a non-elite rare spawn but doesn't count towards The Foul Enemies of the Wood, and it's near a common rift location.
