Very very rare spawn. I have only seen him once and will probably never see him again. He has two rare Browncap Cutters with him. Saw him near 5437, 2484 Moonshade Way near Waykeeper Freyn walking towards the path in the direction of Gnarlwood post. Good Luck finding this one. (I am aware that the npc I linked is in IPP but I couldn't find another database entry for it. Maybe it is just that rare.) I saw him again on patch day (Wednesday) after a server reboot. Try to camp him then if you need him. Here is a video I made Zatzak Browncap with Browncap Cutters.

Multiple Browncap Cutters travel with Zatzak Browncap. Both are needed for the Gloamwood zone achievement 'A Grizzly Business'. Zatzak the bogling and his merry band of spiders wanders up and down the Narrowing trail and in the woods to the East of that trail with an initial band of 4 Cutters. (I killed Zatzak first, and did not find that more Cutters spawned as others have.) I found him quickly by riding the Narrowing Trail from the Darkening Deeps porticulum to it's end at the Trail called 'Darkened Trace', using /tar Zatzak at intervals and switching Shards until the target came up positive. He came up on the third shard I visited.
