It's an unusual-looking bird that'll be chowing down on an unfortunate traveler. If you're doing Freemarch Exterminator or Ultimate Hunter, check for Azagamara nearby. If you can handle level 36 elites, might also check for Freddik the Broken just across the river in Droughtlands.
