This is an ultra rare mob. I looked for him for 2 weeks for about 30 hours total. I even went through the trouble of making an alt to camp him. /setwaypoint 5370 2634 He's on top of the log that's over the road north of Gnarlwood Post (which is just inside the northern border from Silverwood). The one that runs around south of there at Solemn Outlook is Gnarl Nighthunter. FWIW I've also found these artifacts at that location: Goblin Toxin (diluted), Silverwood Branch, and Fragrance Like a Bloated Corpse.

Found him while standing at /setwaypoint 5434, 2472. He runs around the tree and down to the road, stops and comes back. Good luck!
