Dael has been tinkering around with harnessing the power of a malevolent soul to amplify the inherent powers of items. He'd like someone of superior talent to attempt such a creation and create a Ring of Nine Ghouls. I will give you the necessary special component as well as the recipe for this order.

You did it! Interesting, I can feel a throbbing energy coming from the ring but it does not seem to have any real effect. I must do more research on how we can apply this to get the desired results.
