Description
This sign reads: "My rose, if you find this, I am still alive. Can't tell you exactly where; don't want you to lead them here. Stay downwind! Head to our old kissing rock. You know the one." That's curious. It sounds as if someone's been living out here, away from the bunkers. You might be able to learn something if you found them.
Upon completion
Eh? You're not my rose! Did you lead them here? Did they find you?! Get out. Get OUT! The longer you linger the more likely they'll find me! Shoo!
