Air Elementals are a strange phenomenon. What animates them? What holds them together? It was impossible to know, since they don't leave a corpse to examine. Luckily, The Overseer developed this device to corporealize their bodies, so we can study them. Would you bring back some samples from Shivered Bluffs?
