Journey into the ocean off the shore of World's End, use the Harmonized Aquatic Infuser to get near the Volcanic Vents and sabotage the collectors.- Use Harmonized Aquatic Infuser to transform into a Coldmurk Hunter

Description
Under the sea are volcanic vents that spew gasses collected by the Storm Legion. The Overseer believes they are somehow used in their machines. We have devised a way an agent could get near these vents and destroy the collectors.
Upon completion
The Storm Legion will have to spend precious time and resources rebuilding their collectors.
