Description
As you might imagine, Planarchs are far more dangerous than Heralds. We believe their mere presence on the battlefield empowers their armies beyond anything we could withstand. We must trap and kill them in Telara where they are weak, or they will kill us. Purchase a Great Hunt rift lure from Horace Gern and use it to defeat a Planarch. Collect anything that seems significant. If there is a connection to the Envoy, we will find it with them.
