We've seen a lot more of these Planarch Glyphs over the past few months. This can't be good. The Torvan Hunters are dedicated to hunting down the planar commanders that threaten Telara. If the commanders' communications are increasing, then you've got to notify our leader, Korvin Anders. You'll find him in the Tempest Bay Academy.

Hello, Ascended. Thank you for relaying this information. If you're interested in joining the cause of the Torvan Hunters, you'll need to start with the basics. I can't allow recruits to join the hunt without first understanding our enemy and how we intend to defeat them.
