Pevro Stallo has asked you to gather Tempest Shards in Shivered Bluffs for study.Description
The Infinity Gate destroyed the Brevane Empire by letting the dragons into this world. It also caused planar distortions for miles around, including the Tempest Shards found in Shivered Bluffs. We've been conducting experiments on them to determine whether they have any use, but could use more samples.
Upon completion
I suspect these Tempest Shards will prove useful, [%Name]. They're generated from the tension between the planes, which produces vast and unpredictable fronts of energy. Perhaps some of that energy is stored within these Tempest Shards.
