Climb atop vantage points in the Citizen's Library, then scan relevant equipment and prisoners. You can meet Salvarola at the Aqueduct when you are done.- Spy on the Cannibal Camp
- Scan for signs of the Guardian captive

- Scan the Second Gear Pack
Description
If your friends have been captured by the mutants, then they will be in the camp at the Aqueduct. Caution is key, my friend. You may be used to charging in without preparation, but a bit of reconnaissance is called for here. The high points in the camp should provide vantage points to properly scout the camp. I'll meet you at the Aqueduct when you are done.
