Description
I have learned from the minds of the Elder Shapers that Kwell holds the last piece of the spell to capture the Nexus Key, but finding him may prove difficult. Scouts have discovered a primitive work of his "art" in the Northern Ruins. By communicating with the spirit imprisoned within, we may be able to track this ancient ghoul.
