Description
I heard about your victory at Stormhold – I'm sorry I missed it! Once you find Kwell, I'm not going to let you get all the glory! I just arrived at camp, but I heard the nearby ruins contain Holovid Devices created by the ancient Brevanes. Maybe they contain information about the Elder Shaper.
Upon completion
From what you learned from the Holovid Devices, it sounds like Kwell was once human. During the Age of Dragons, some kind of artifact transformed him into a Shaper. Does that mean all the Shapers were once people? I don't know if that makes them more horrible or less.
