This Directive was issued from a group calling itself the Shadow Mercenaries. What is going on here? Humans helping the planar invaders? None of this makes any sense. Most of the document is encoded, but it mentions a Shadow Mercenary camp located on the eastern side of Eastern Holdings. I have a device that will disguise you; use it to infiltrate their camp and find out what they're up to.
